
Deliveries
Who we use, how we deliver your items and our policies.
All deliveries to UK mainland are sent via overnight couriers, some surcharges may apply if you live outside the UK mainland (see below for more details*). Smaller parcels are sent with Royal Mail, or similar. We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day of orders being placed.
Please note that a contact telephone number is required for all orders by our couriers so please ensure this is given when purchasing. All contact telephone numbers are only used for delivery purposes and are destroyed after use.
Failure to provide a contact telephone number at the time of purchase may result in delivery delays.
Although we pay for a 24hr courier service sometimes deliveries cannot made within this time frame. External factors affecting delivery times can include bad weather, bank holidays and high demand such as Christmas. For this reason we would always recommend allowing a few days for your item to arrive before contacting us.
If you require your item for a specific date then please call us in advance so that we can do everything within our power to ensure you receive your item when you want it.

*Exceptions and surcharges may apply to some addresses such as Scottish Highlands, Offshore, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands.
