Remote Carving Cradle

This remote carving cradle can house a full roast on a spit away from the oven. Useful if cooking outside a venue and carving inside. Four trays can still fit underneath to be carved into and to catch drippings. Heat lamps (not included) may be required if displaying for longer periods of time.

Please note that the carving cradle does not include the spit arms (highlighted in the picture to the left) This carving cradle utilizes the existing spit arms on your Hog Roast Oven.
