Set of retainers, includes;

2x 'U' Retainers 
2x 4 Pronged Retainers
(These are both only for the Large Hog Roast)

The 4-Pronged retainers to be used at either end of the spit to secure larger roasts like full pigs/lambs in place. 

The U-Retainers are ideal for use through the back of a pig or lamb but can also be used to secure joints of meat.
