A replacement spit pole for our large hog roast oven. Solid stainless steel which is 25mm in diameter and 163cm long. Spiked on one end and with four carving positions and a motor cut out at the other end.

The U-Retainers are ideal for use through the back of a pig or lamb but can also be used to secure joints of meat.

The 4-Pronged retainers to be used at either end of the spit to secure larger roasts like full pigs/lambs in place.
