Triangle Spit Roast Handle

Retainer to be used at either end of a completed spit shaft to help with lifting. Can also be used to secure pigs' legs is roasting with them on (not recommended) 

If using a static bracket this retainer can be put on the non-pointed end of the spit outside of the oven for manual rotations.
